My name is Nadia, I’m a healthcare Assistant I have recently passed my NVQ level 2 in Healthcare. My tutors at Dynamic throughout this had been absolutely fantastic. Undertaking the vast majority of her apprenticeship during the pandemic, every element has been impacted by Covid in some way, from her ability to get out to clinical placements, to the classroom-based elements of the course, undertaken for the most part virtually as Dynamic moved to a hybrid virtual/in-person approach
They had been extremely supportive throughout. At the times where I didn’t understand any particular area they would help explain this to me until I understood. Their response times to marking my assignments and coming back to me over OneFile were really quick.
Completing the healthcare apprenticeship allowed me take a step out of my everyday role and look at ways to improve my skill set to help me progress my career. Not only that but it opened my eyes on how best to manage myself and what I could do better to help drive my own performance. I would highly recommend people taking this course.
To all Dynamic UK staff who contributed to my success, I’m not sure if I have the words to say how much I have appreciated your drive and dedication; not only to get me through my NVQ but to finally get to EPA and pass my exam with distinction. Finally, I just want to say that you are amazing and very supportive.
I look forward to start of the next leg of my journey into the nursing associate and then to qualifying as a nurse.
